Eliot now offers freelance mechanical services to the specialist vehicle sector, whether that’s simply helping out with a project car, or coming up with engineering solutions where many different skills come into play.

A fine example of EDM’s abilities is ‘VINI’ the V8 MINI which was commissioned by David Power of Powerflex Bushes.

A full start to finish conversion of a standard 2008 R56 MINI to RWD including the installation of a BMW S65B40 4.0ltr M3 V8 engine with DCT gearbox from an E93 M3. The entire car designed, engineered, fabricated and created in house.

304 stainless steel manifolds custom built, purge TIG welded, in house.
